A Note from the President / CEO

Dear Credit Union Member,

 As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that the health and wellbeing of our staff and members remains our number one concern.  Therefore, due to recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are suspending lobby activity at our Bailey Avenue location.  Our staff will continue to be available to serve our members through our drive-up window, via the telephone, or submit funds to members accounts electronically.  We understand this may create some delays in service, but as an abundance of caution, we are exercising these precautions for the safety of our staff and membership. 

As conditions change, we will continue to provide up-to-date information via our website  If you have any questions, you may call us at 423-624-9094 during our normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
