As you know, we recently did a core conversion at Chattanooga Area Schools Federal Credit Union. The initial implications were more behind-the-scenes, but the conversion allows for greater availability of options within our online and mobile banking. Our goal is to make banking more convenient with these updates. 

Educators have enough on their plates as is, so banking should be simple. We’re excited to announce that we’re making it easier for you to move and manage your money online. You can now safely transfer money between accounts held at nearly every US-based financial institution and CASFCU, and make instant internal transfers.

Transfer from External Accounts

Are you receiving a direct deposit into a checking account with another financial institution? Now you can transfer money from any external checking account to your CASFCU accounts with ease, thanks to our online & mobile banking platform upgrade. After setting up your account, all it takes is opening your app and making a transfer from any checking account with the tap of a finger. You can even pay your CASFCU loan bills from bank accounts at other financial institutions. External transfers will be processed within three business days. 

Easy money transfer allows you to upgrade your traditional savings account from another bank and earn dividends with the following CASFCU accounts. 

Share Accounts
